Fee structure and detail for Personal Training - This is not just a personal training, the sessions incorporate mental and physical wellbeing based on psychology, life-coach and personal training
Payment in advance for the sessions booked, minimum sessions to book = 4. Each training session duration is 55 minutes to maximum one (1) hour.
One off session £120
Block 1 option prices are based on minimum 1 session per week (7 days cycle).
Block option 1
a. Home and Outdoor x 4 Sessions = £320 (£80 each)
b. Home and Outdoor x 8 Sessions = £560 (£70 each)
Block 2 option prices are based on minimum 2 sessions per week (7 days cycle).
Block option 2
a. Home and Outdoor x 4 Sessions = £300 (£75 each)
b. Home and Outdoor x 8 Sessions = £520 (£65 each)
